Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

All of our orders generally ship out within 2-5 business days. Shipping transit time can take an additional 2-5 business days to reach you. During busier times, like the holidays, our shipping time frames can extend up to 7-10 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Orders will be shipped out within 2-5 business days. Shipping method will depend on the destination country. It can take up to 3-4 weeks for items to arrive outside of the U.S. 

ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE

Any item purchased on sale or with a discount code is considered at final sale. No returns or exchanges will be granted for items purchased on sale.

CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Custom items or personalized items cannot be returned.

RETURNS 

Returns can be made with 7 days of original receipt of the item, unless the item was purchased at a discount price. Please contact us at info@cantonboxco.com first before sending back your return. Items must be in their original form - no perfumes, deodorants, pet hair, etc. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

If there's a quality issue with your shirt, there should't be. However, we're all human and sometimes we make mistakes. Let us know what the issue is and we'll get a new item printed for you ASAP.

For returns or quality issues - send an email to info@cantonboxco.com and we'll get back to you within 24 hours. Unless its a weekend or a holiday - then expect to hear from us at the next business day. 

All returns must be post-marked within 7 days of receipt.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents, inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in original condition. We will then send the credit back to your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please note that any shipping fees are non-refundable.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Please note direct exchanges of our products are not possible at this time. If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and place a new order.

WHAT IS THE RETURN COST?

We ask that you pay for the shipping cost to return the item(s) back to us. Your refund will be for the item only, minus any related shipping fees. Items purchased on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time period, we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
