Exchange Policy

On regular priced shirts, we do offer exchanges so long as they are made within 14 days of your order. Please (for the love of God) check the size chart before you place you order. See the full details here in our "SHIPPING & RETURNS" section.
We do not accept returns. Please be sure to read our item descriptions for sizing recommendations and / or email us with any questions so we can help!

You can exchange your unworn, unwashed shirt. Here’s how:
Send an email to info@cantonboxco.com and let us know you'd like to exchange an item. We'll give you the full instructions, but you'll definitely need to send your original item back to:

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Therefore, we recommend sending via USPS.
Make sure to include your original order number with your shipment.

-When your item is received back, we'll initiate the exchange and get your new items printed and shipped out.
We will not process a refund on any item received that has been worn, washed, or damaged. We are also unable to process a refund on an item where an alternative order (exchange) has not been placed.

To expedite your exchange please make sure all steps noted above are complete.
All items purchases at a sale price are considered final sale.
We do not offer refunds.

Changes to orders
If you need to make any changes to your order - size, address, literally anything, please send an email to info@cantonboxco.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
After 12 hours have passed, we can't make any changes. It's a bummer, but we want to get orders out as fast as possible. 

A few notes about shipping
Once our orders are taken to the post office, we have little control over the route or time it takes a package to be delivered. Almost all items will arrive quickly and without issue...but, occasionally the Post Office will send your shipment on a magical journey and it will take WAY TOO MANY days to get to you. We get as frustrated by this as you do. 

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.
Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address.
If there has been no update in the tracking info within 7 days, please let us know and we'll figure out how to get your order to you. 

What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international. Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages. Always contact us directly with any issue.


Sizing details

Within each item description we offer sizing recommendations. While we do accept exchanges, we urge each customer to read the recommendations prior to ordering to alleviate the need of sending an item back for a different tee. Not every tee is the same, so please read recommendations for each tee. On listings that contain measurements, please note that width is measured from pit to pit and length is measured from top of shoulder to bottom.

My item arrived damaged.
We do our best to pull out any defects we’re able to catch, but because it is a human system, we always miss a few. Please email us, info@cantonboxco.com, if f there is any issue with your order.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Due to the volume of orders we receive and that our product warehouse is paper-free, we do not offer gift wrap nor are we able to add a personalized note. Our apologies. Please make your recipient aware ahead of time that the gift is coming!

I'm local, can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we currently do not have a storefront and are unable to allow for local pickup. 

When will you be having a sale?
We run a limited number of sales throughout the year. If you join our mailing list, you'll get a head's up of upcoming sales and new product releases.
Here's a hint - when you sign up for our mailing list you get a coupon code for 10% off your first order over $50.
